Psalm 1

Reading edition · Reviewed and published 25th October 2026

Psalm 1 Happy in their spirit are those who are in His Blessings. It is when they do not listen to the advice of the wicked and do not stand in the way of sinners. But they walk away from sin and do not sit in the company of sinners to mock God. They are the ones who find great pleasure in God’s Law of Love and Blessings. They are made clean every day in His Salvation. His Laws are always in their minds and deep in their spirit. During the day, and when they are awake at night, they think of Him. That person will be like a tree planted by a stream of water in the desert. They will bear His fruit in the right season. The leaves of their spirit will not wither; what they do will be there before God in Eternity. Not so the wicked ones, for they are like the chaff that is blown away in the wind. The wicked ones will not be able to stand up on their feet on God’s Judgement Day, nor will sinners be found living with those who have been made Righteous. The Eternal One is watching over those in the Way of the Righteous One, but those in the way of the evil one will perish with him.
